Go to My subscriptions > Recover subscriptions > Yes.

When the maps have finished transferring click Close.

Under Map Source > Select the countries/time zones you would like to install.

Note: You will be able to reinstall these maps anytime in the future.

Under My Navman > Tick Europe and click Remove maps > Yes.

Go to Unlock Features and enter the Activation Key sent to you by email.

Select the Installer Language and follow the instructions in the Installation Wizard to install the software updates.

Connect your device to your PC and turn it on.

Please ensure that you have installed NavDesk from the DVD supplied with your device and that you have removed the disc from your DVD drive. Helpful hint: If the map file isn't listed under the My maps tab, make sure the map file has been saved under (My) Documents > My Maps.

Go to My subscriptions > Recover subscriptions.

Under Map Source > Make a selection of the countries/time zones you would like to install > click Install maps > Transfer now.

Under My Navman > Remove the maps currently installed on your Navman.

Go to My maps and open the map file (MapData).

Go to Unlock features > Enter the Activation Key sent to you by email > click Continue > Finish.If you are offered any updates via NavDesk please download and install these.Connect your device to the PC and turn it on.
